What If This is as Good as It Gets?

by JHSEsq

We have read Kwizgiver’s posts for a while. She is another blogger we have got familiar with through our Saturday feature Saturday: 9. In the past we’ve read some posts, but mostly just her answers to the meme. Today before we read her answers to the meme, we read her post about attending her niece’s high school graduation. The post is titled Pomp No Circumstance. It is extremely well written.

While at first it might be just another post about “a day in the life”, Kwizgiver brings her age and perspective into the discussion, “I can’t believe my baby girl is… now an adult. I spent a lot of time with her when she was a toddler, I babysat her one whole summer and everyone talked about how much she resembled me. I’ve always thought of her as “my girl.” Now she’s off to the real world of work for a few months and then embarking on an exciting college experience. Where did the time go?”

The blog is called What If This is as Good as It Gets?. We think you’ll enjoy meeting Kwiz and her blog. The Rising Blogger is proud to award her our Post of the Day!
