After reading your post, I was thrilled to have found someone else who thought that the Japanese system was a good one, and to have written about it so clearly. <br/><br/>In Abiko, we had to label our various trash bags. I'll never forget that one woman really did a super job with hers, gorgeous calligraphic strokes. I was so ashamed of my poor penmanship on our plastic trash bags...
