impactEDnurse

by JHSEsq

A nurse named Ian Miller starts today’s nominated post from June 2, 2007 with, “We occasionally have patients or their relatives complain that the nurses seem far too jovial. That we are laughing and joking around during the shift, displaying total insensitivity to the suffering of those patients around us.” His blog is named impactEDnurse and is a terrific read. The person who nominated this post could easily have chose almost any post, this nurse/author writes that well. You become aware that this blog is important by the volume of comments both people in the medical profession, and a layman reader like The Rising Blogger. The post is titled The Grief That is Close. The Rising Blogger is very pleased to award this piece of great writing our Post of the Day.
