Remember I’m the Bloody Architect

by JHSEsq

Today’s winning post is from a blog about an architect. It’s called Remember I’m the Bloody Architect and was posted July 1, 2007. When we first saw the subject matter we cringed. Apparently Alice, our author would not be surprised at our reaction at all. In her bio she states “I am a registered architect and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, which also stands for Remember I’m the Bloody Architect. I practice somewhere in rural England. Architects in general aren’t a respected profession, like a doctor or a vet, even though the training is seven years or more. I think its because a lot of them are either so arrogant they can’t be bothered to explain, or they are self effacing to the extent of being invisible.” Alice is a very good writer who easily draws us into her post, Cat People. It’s the story of some tough gentlemen trying to complete a building when an injured cat appears. You’ll love the post. It is The Rising Blogger’s Post of the Day!
