Blog That Mommy!

by JHSEsq on July 31, 2007

We read an interesting post today. Not that we don’t always, but this particular post struck a chord. Having had jobs dealing with adults while we were in our teens, we especially got a kick out the post The Evil Pool. Neila wrote the post on July 27, 2007 and she is a stay-at-home mom. It was interesting with the perspective of the adult dealing with children employees. Neila’s older child was taking a swimming lesson when her younger child jumped in a wading pool that Neila didn’t even know was there. “When she saw it, she ran over and jumped in fully clothed. I was immediately approached by a teenage employee who told me that in the future I needed to put her in a swimsuit and a swim diaper. Grrrrr! Like I had planned to come and toss my daughter in the pool fully clothed.” The blog is called Blog That Mommy! And we know you’ll enjoy it. The Rising Blogger is pleased to award Neila our Post of the Day!

Wow! What a nice surprise! Yea me!!! :-)

I’m just happy that my story entertained my fellow bloggers, and that my frustrations with the evil teenage dictators at the pool weren’t in vain.

Thank you for the award, and keep up the great work with your blog!!

Another excellent choice. Neila’s posts almost make me miss my kids’ toddlerhood…almost.
