Pregnant Pauses

Irene Tua­zon is a blog­ger from the Philip­pines and is an impres­sive writer. Her blog is called Preg­nant Pauses and can be very funny (as is her fea­tured post here) and be incred­i­bly seri­ous. Come to think of it, her blog posts can lots of shades in between those extremes as well. The Ris­ing Blog­ger loved her post Those Happy Crea­tures Called Men and awards it our Post of the Day. Here’s a sam­ple of Irene’s post from July 27, 2007 about the dif­fer­ence between men and women, “Your last name stays put. The garage is all yours. Wed­ding plans take care of them­selves. Choco­late is just another snack. You can be Pres­i­dent. You can never be preg­nant. You can wear a white T-shirt to a water park.” That is just for starters. You will love this post.
