She has advice for all people who are not physically perfect, “Don’t make the mistake of thinking you look alright the way you are. Lately there has been a lot of talk about loving yourself for who you are on the inside. Don’t be confused by these mixed messages. Just open the pages of any fashion magazine to see what’s really important. If you don’t look like the women in magazines or on television, chances are there is something wrong with you.” The blog is named Christy’s Coffee Break and is bright, witty and intelligent.
