About Every Little Thing

In a rather awk­ward moment our author Lis thinks her cute neigh­bor is invit­ing her over to watch a movie. He wasn’t. He was just offer­ing to lend her the movie. Lis does a good job of tak­ing the prover­bial lemons and make lemon­ade out of them. The movie was Mel Gibson’s Apoc­a­lypto. The lemon­ade is Lis’ extremely humor­ous tale of prepar­ing for a very gory movie that she nor­mally wouldn’t watch. “I obvi­ously sur­vived the movie to tell the tale. So what was it about? Just a bunch of men with dirt on their faces shout­ing at each other. Lots of blood and gore and some­one gets nailed to the cross. Oops, sorry, wrong movie. Well, this one had a bunch of men with dirt on their faces shout­ing at each other. Lots of blood and gore and nobody gets nailed to the cross. Oh yeah, naked butts, lots of naked butts.” Lis’ blog is About Every Lit­tle Thing. It’s a good title. Lis can fly all over the place and yet because of her joy and tal­ent for writ­ing, she brings us right along with her.
