The Nationals Post

One of the rea­sons The Ris­ing Blog­ger seems to be gain­ing a good fol­low­ing is that folks like to be pointed to blogs and posts that they might stum­ble into by push­ing “Next Blog” type but­tons. This is true for us at Ris­ing Blog­ger who write the reviews as well. When today’s post was nom­i­nated, our first reac­tion was that it was some fan of the Wash­ing­ton Nation­als (base­ball, National League) and how inter­est­ing could this be? On March 8, 2007 RFKEITH writes on his blog The Nation­als Post about try­ing out as one of the National’s mas­cot. The title of the post is Run­ning for Pres­i­dent because the four team mas­cots are ex-presidents. For a guy who is 40 and one of the older try­outs, the post is witty, charm­ing and illus­trates that guys still have that “lit­tle boy” in them. Enjoy today’s Post of the Day. Well done, RFKEITH!
